Defined FX look forward to providing ongoing Local SPORTS PERFORMANCE CLINICS

KRE8 Champs is designed to provide young athletes parents & coaches the foundations for healthy participation in their chosen sport or recreation.

The workshop (3hours) covers 3 important areas of performance in sport. The information is provided by qualified & experienced professionals for each module.

1. Psychology; How and what we are thinking about our performance.
2. Diet & Nutrition; What we need as fuel for continued performance.
3. Physiology & Body Mechanics; Injury Prevention & Rehabilitation.

All Sport Codes are invited to strengthen the knowledge base & continued enjoyment of their participants.

The workshop can be conducted on site or at either of the FX Centres located in Bairnsdale & Lakes Entrance.

These clinics are offered quarterly and can be tailored to specific sports.
